(5/5) My sister and I wanted to purchase a retirement home for our mother in San Carlos. We found a beauitful property and a very good price right on the beach.The only problem was that title was messed up. It might be the reason the property was so reasonable. Tammi at Vive Real Estate worked diligently to resolve all of the title issues from the previous owner.Because of Tammi's hard work and understanding of the Mexico laws and regulations we were able to purchase our dream property. Additionally, when we are ready to sell or retire we know there won't be any issues with our title. A BIG THANK YOU!!!

(5/5) Kelly Ramirez is absolutely AWESOME! I was a Realtor in the US for twenty years, so I highly value integrity and knowledge, Kelly is extraordinary in both! She was transparent about any issues in the condos we looked at, told us if she didn't know an answer, and then found out the information. She knows the area and the other associates - who is good to work with or not - apparently some realtors are not on the up and up! She knows the projects that are coming up, projects that are not good, etc. WOW we were so impressed with her knowledge! No bullshit, no hard sell, and fun to work with! We were referred to her by a good friend who had the same experience - so that's actually ten stars! Just call Kelly Ramirez - from condos to multi-million dollar properties, she knows the inventory!

(5/5) Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jose!!! Jose had our best interest at all times. Vive and their associates helped clear up subdivision issues. These issues kept delaying our closing. The buyers agent kinda dropped the ball a few times. We move in to our new home. Electricity was cut off for lack of payment. Yes, seller agent did not pay the bill until we moved in. Again, Jose came to our rescue and some how got us electricity until CPE came out to hook up the electric. Jose went above and beyond to help us!!If anyone is looking for an agent Jose is the guy!!!

We were a little worried about the move to another country, but Tammi was an encyclopedia of knowledge on more than just how to buy a house and, most importantly, ensure that clients get their titles. She helped us with everything from immigration questions to understanding Mexican customs. Tammi was quick to respond to our texts/emails and always made us feel like our needs and concerns were being heard and addressed. The previous owner of our house had some lot issues that needed revamping and Tammi worked tirelessly to get them taken care of so that we could have a clear title. Tammi is a smart, energetic, honest American businesswoman with an infectious laugh who made the challenges of buying real estate a positive experience. Highly recommend her and her team at Vive.
