We have known Poncho for several years, have worked with him to sell a property in Vallarta, purchase a property in Vallarta, and have referred him to other friends who he helped purchase a property. Each of these experiences has been excellent.When looking for a local agent, I think you want someone with lots of experience (Poncho has many years of it as an agent), who is well-connected to other agents and who has good relationships with them (Poncho works on sales with them but also does training with agents around the Bahia de Banderas), who is detail-oriented, and that ethics are important to (he steers clear, and helps his clients steer clear, of risky or questionable developers or areas of town with deed and property issues).He’s also responsive and has good relationships of respect with with attorneys and notarios and other professionals that may be needed as part of a transaction.We recently completed a sale of our first home in Vallarta, and saw all of the above demonstrated many times. Our property sold in the expected timeframe and for a price we were very happy with.I recommend Poncho totally and completely!
