Gaby López – Outliance Real Estate – (Cabo San Lucas)

(5/5) We came to Cabo in January of this year in search of our perfect house for our future plans however before that I was in close contact from Spain with Gaby López for a year before our arrival.During that time Gaby went above and beyond to keep us informed ny sending us updates on houses in the local area, and making sure that they were what we were looking for and always of high quality.We were also very worried about the immigration laws and what we had to do to get our residents permits, Gaby was so helpful, she gave us the contacts for the Imigration agents that Ronival use. They were extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed to proceed with our immigration paperwork.Upon our arrival at Cabo Gaby was there with a huge smile meet us at the airport and there begun our Cabo house hunt. Gaby had a wide varsity for us to see, she made sure everything was prepared logistically so that no time was wasted.The whole time she was there she looked at every Detail and make sure nothing was overlooked however never in my life would I have thought she would have our perfect house on the same day and on the 4th house she made it happen, a beautiful condo in el Tezal that we are so happy to call home!!During all the time leading to the signing of the paperwork for the sale Gaby was in contact with us as we returned to Spain. She made sure we were updated on everything that was going on.we also left her a power of attorney to sign in our absence and to do any other changes with regards to bills and payments, that’s how much trust she really gave us. The day she sighted we were on load speaker and she confined that all went perfectly.After all was signed and done she still kept surprising us and helped us with the change of name for our bills, contacts for trusted plumbers for changes we wish to do and now we are looking at starting our project and looking at opening a business and she is there to give us contacts! she is always a phone call away and always had time for us.That was January and now here we are in September living our new life and new project thanks to Gaby!!!Love you loads, Rafa and Toni.

(5/5) I want to thank Gabriela for an awesome job she did in selling our condo and helping us find our beautiful new home in Cabo San Lucas. She made the process stress free, sharing his knowledge during the process. This was more detailed as we were foreign citizens buying and selling in Cabo. She was professional, honest and provided resources so could understand the process and taxes. She was prompt in his responses; and you could tell he was top notch because there were multiple things, she needed to guide the buyer’s agent from another organization too! She handled that with grace and without judgement. She was always available for home tours and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision and investment. We were so happy with her that we requested her assistance to place an offer on a new home in Cabo! The promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic sale and purchase process very simple. I’ve listened to her and the Ronival podcasts to educate myself on things we needed to know, and I did not find that with any other agency in Cabo. What a novel idea to educate us on real estate transactions in Mexico. I’ve already recommended Gabriela to others that are looking for a quality agent. What an unbelievable experience this has been. We got the best agent in Cabo San Lucas!

(5/5) I really like Cabo San Lucas but I think the reason why I decided to buy a house was having a chance to meet somebody like Gaby Lopez who is extremely honest, right on the money, and always tells you what she really thinks and always looks out for your best interest in lifestyle. I think Gaby Lopez is gonna be a very good friend of mine when I move to Cabo in a few months and someone that I can trust in any situation. She is extremely professional and Ronival real estate is very lucky to have somebody like her on their team.
