(1/5) Listed my home for sale with 2 Seas Los Cabos. Broker Ramiro Bullrich Palenque of 2Seas Los Cabos represented the buyer, Pamela Tavelli who is now an Agent with 2Seas Los Cabos. Broker Ramiro Bullrich Palenque made fraudulent misrepresentations regarding earnest deposits being paid and colluded with the buyer – who is now an agent with 2Seas Los Cabos to their benefit. My Agent resigned from 2Seas Los Cabos due to the Broker's actions. Definitely, do not use 2 Seas Los Cabos to list your property for sale or purchase any of their listings. Subsequently Ramiro Palenque received an admonishment from AMPI Los Cabos (Equivalent to the US National Association of Realtors-NAR). Both Ramiro Palenque and his friend Pamela Tavelli now agent at 2 Seas Los Cabos can be expected to continue to collude against potential sellers and buyers for their gain.David Naylor and Ramiro Palenque Based in the Information of both parties, we evidence Ramiro Palenque responded in writing, that he had received the second deposit, when in fact, he had not received it on time according to the offer agreement, for the the buyer to obtain the sufficient founds to complete the transaction. The transaction was finally finished without any legal dispute, and all parties received their interest. So Ramiro Palenque in this letter receive a warning which will be applied as a amonestación on his AMPI records, and no future faults shall be acceptable, future complaints where he is found at fault shall result in removal of his membership from AMPI.
